Pepper can lid mold design — slider + unscrewing + core pulling + inserts interchangeable

4cav small lid with oversized mold due mainly to its complicated mold structure which contain 4 kinds of mechanism!

  • sliders to releasing cap outside shake undercut, protected well by hardened wear plates to avoid steel collapse and easy maintenance
  • unscrewing device to release inner threads! Mold equipped with hydraulic motor with hardened gear set with good oil lubricated system to enable it functioning properly!
  • core pulling system to release those front holes with 3 kinds of different diameters to fit salt, pepper and sugar!
