This medical oxygen mask is a dual-component molded part made of PP rigid plastic and TPE soft material, manufactured by 2K two-color injection mold.
PP material forms the main frame to maintain structural rigidity and shape stability, while soft TPE is applied on facial contact rim to achieve comfortable wearing and good sealing performance. Two materials are overmolded in one cycle with reliable adhesion, preventing peeling and separation during application.
Medical plastic components require strict control on appearance, dimensional tolerance and surface profile.
