YUEYI makes advanced two-color injection molds.

This set includes top and bottom cap molds for sports water bottles.

The bottom cap connects to the bottle. The top and bottom caps together form one complete cap.

Both molds use PP + TPE, have 2+2 cavities, use 1.2344 steel, and run on an FCS 280T rotary table machine.

Product Structure:

The cap is an assembly. The bottom cap must fit the bottle neck securely.

Its thread and sealing surface are critical.

The top cap is opened and closed by the user.

Both molds must be designed as a pair. Dimensions, wall thickness, shrinkage, and TPE areas must match.

Mold Steel:

Core and cavity use 1.2344 hot work tool steel.

It offers good wear resistance, hardenability, and polishability. Proper heat treatment gives long mold life.

2+2 Cavities:

Two cavities for PP, two for TPE.

First shot molds PP.

Rotary table moves parts to second station.

Quality:

Every mold is trial-molded and inspected.

We check dimensions, cap fit, PP-TPE bonding, color separation, and gate marks before delivery.
