This mold supports PP+PP two-color materials and adopts a 180° rotary table two-color injection molding process:

The first injection forms the threaded base of the cap. The precise thread fits tightly with the bottle to prevent leakage of washing liquid.
The mold rotary table rotates 180 degrees accurately and transfers semi-finished products to the second injection station.
The outer colored PP is overmolded in the second shot. The two layers of plastic fuse tightly under high temperature inside the mold without splicing gaps, so they will not separate or peel off after repeated opening and closing for a long time.
