In traditional way, we use an extra rubber gasket, to assemble it with the lid, and then to fit with the containers, which needs more cost of the labor and the gasket cost! But now make the lid together with the gasket in one part —- two component containers lid, can completely solve the above problem.

Two component containers lid design with PP+TPE two materials, TPE is soft and it will just acting like the gasket to prevent any water leakage and even the air leakage.
