Many customers complain that our mold cost is very high, but pls let me expain why:
As we all know, mold price can be different 100% due mainly to his details,
steel quality, mold construction design, machining way, cooling system, hot runner system…. and so on.
- Steel quality: We use the real quality steel, not like most mold makers here in China are cheating in steel! Then customers may tell that they can ask the supplier to provide the steel certificate to prove it is the right steel they’ll use. Well, I’ll keep silence about this, anyway, unless you trust that supplier very well, otherwise do not believe even they provide you the certificate!
- Mold construction design: Except the steel quality, mold construction is the key that we insist to have the molds with excellent performance! That’s why we pay much more attention on it to make the mold durable and easy maintenance! Pls contact me for the details, I would love to share you our two color mold design!
- Machining way: Some experienced customers may ask the supplier to share the details break up of mold cost, but honestly speaking, it can only clearly show you the steel cost & hot runner cost, for the key machining cost still will be a big problem. As we all know, CNC machines have many different levels according to their precision work. So the machining cost will be corresponding differ a lot. And for us, we ensure you to use the high speed CNC to reach 0.02mm precision!
- Hot runner system: Well, for customers who know Huangyan market very well, then they should know the Huangyan local brand hot runner system is only cost 500RMB per tip, but ours is USD750 per tip! Compared to the traditional heaters is circled around the nozzle body, ours is more stable working as heaters are all inserted into the nozzle body! Design is just similar as YUDO!
In additionally, all the spare parts we use, is brand imported, for example JunFan cylinder from Taiwan, Japan Daido springs and Korea Samsol springs, etc. Just to avoid some stupid mistakes happen!
So what we offer you is the quality mold with very reasonable cost!
