Mold construction design is so important to thin wall mold, innovation and maximum cooling system, to great fasten mold cycle while under high pressure high speed injection. Better do independence self-locking for multi cavities thin wall mold. Mono block design of ejector part would be perfect: twice time ejecting, at the same time, make the base as a whole.
While thin wall mold cavity part, considering molds durable functioning and easy maintenance, wear plates should be maximum added on all places easier to be worn.
