40mm PP elbow mold with force demoulding

As we should know, for above structure of the pipe fittings, definitely will need collapsible core demoulding system, which will have 8 small clips for the core, as showed as below:

 

But also we need to know that the smaller the diameter of the fittings, the more complicated the structure of the collapsible core system! At the same time, the cost of the mold is higher!

So for now this 40mm elbow mold, we decided to go ahead with force demoulding!
