Mold structure design for casters of medical bed:
Bottom of central rotating shaft is fixed on ejector plate through guide sleeve. Ejector plate is ejected by two oil cylinders. Runner push rod and push rod are all fixed on push plate. Ejection of push plate and ejection plate is guided by guide post, so that ejection is stable. After one injection is completed, mold is opened, runner push rod pushes hard glue nozzle out and automatically falls. Oil cylinder drives ejector plate to eject central rotating shaft.
