Mold construction design is so important to thin wall mold, innovation and maximum cooling system, to great fasten mold cycle while under high pressure high speed injection. Better do independence self-locking for multi cavities thin wall mold. Mono block design of ejector part would be perfect: twice time ejecting, at the same time, make the base as a whole.

While thin wall mold cavity part, considering molds durable functioning and easy maintenance, wear plates should be maximum added on all places easier to be worn.

no matter plastic part design also mold structure design.

For example multi colored parts, nowadays still not so widespread in many countries, but sure will be the trend! Trend to open a new colored market to catch people’ eyes. Mold maker should have good taste of modern design, to share customer good ideas to win the market.

How to choose the right mold maker in Taizhou?

Especially Huangyan, there are over 2000 mold companies that have registered officially. Also plenty of fake companies, for example only have the company name, when customer visit they will take you to another factory, etc. Many ridiculous things have happened and I’m sure will continue happening, since still most worldwide clients not quite familiar with Huangyan this mold town.

Main problem is, most mold makers in Huangyan cheating in steel, especially for big mold, while quite competitive with each other. Customer should ensure what would he pays!
