The most difficult work to do on mold structure is how to activate those lifters to create those holes where enable buds going through inbetween!
We used special stainless steel with hardness HRC 45 above, to make sure it is durable and anti friction! And with flexible impact to allow those lifters functioning smoothly!
There are about 1000 air venting pins to leading air out of mold during material filling to avoid any short shot or burnt.
Pls look at sliders structure with durable and changeable design which makes maintenance simply and faster! And most important is to shorten cycle time!
