The most important to make a good 2K flip top cap, is the inserts on hinge part move to allow the second color injecting! The inserts must be very wear resistance! Imported high-end heat-treatment steel should be used, also the inserts under our specially processed, they’re self-lubricating and the surface hardness can reach HV2500－3000!

And the key to have the auto close in mold construction, should be smooth function, fast speed, light weight but also strong strength! So we use the material of aviation aluminum to realize to have the light weight, thus to have the fast speed, and to shorten the cycle time! And the bkelite resin used to touch the caps for the capping, to ensure the flip caps will not be scratched any! In additionally, the trajectory of flip top capping should be calculated accuracy!
