3 component toothbrush mold supply

There are two ways to mold the 3 component brushes: One is rotating mold with the center shaft triangle structure, pls check above the mold testing video!

And second is by overmolding, it means after first color part eject from the first mold, need to manual put it into the second mold to have it double injection, and again after second mold eject the part, to manual put it into the third mold to have it 3 times injection molding.

Compared to the rotating mold with triangle shaft, overmoulding cost much more molding time but at the same time, the mold cost will be relatively lower!
